I don't follow this exactly...but they are pretty tasty...I omit the cumin and add some hot sauce and more garlic....you could add Parmesan cheese. -1 tbs oil (sunflower if ya have it) plus extra for brushing -1 onion finely chopped -1 garlic clove, finely chopped -1 tsp ground coriander and cumin -4oz white mushrooms, finely chopped -15 oz/425g canned into or red kidney beans drained and rinsed -2 tbsp of chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley -all purpose flour for dusting -salt and pepper -ham buns *heat oil and add onions until soft, add garlic, coriander and cumin and cook, stirring, for a min or so. *add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes until liquid has evaporated. Transfer to bowl. *Put beans in small brown and mash with fork, stir into mushroom mixture with parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. *preheat broiler to med-high. Divide into equal parts (about 4 portions), dust with flour and shape into about 4 burgs. Brush with oil and cook under broiler for 4-5 minutes on each side. I will try to add more recipes if I have time.

Hey W So sorry to hear about the death in your family, good vibes to you and yours. We are leaving next Friday for Mexico...but tonight we are meeting some friends at the Atomic Rooster on Bank street. I'm pretty sure that they started fighting right after their first album and by 75 it was a mess. Didn't one of them leave the group then? They did dominate the scene and I'm glad that I was born at the end of the 70's and missed that. But that's just me.

I rented a space 2 weeks ago from Justright and wanted to say that it's pretty great...it feels like insanity packing your life away at times and they are open 24hrs a day,l we've done a few late night car loads, they have a drive through so it's no problem if it's raining and if you rent for the whole year, they give you 2 months free. It's clean and new and would recommend it to anyone who needs storage space. thanks Matt
