I don't follow this exactly...but they are pretty tasty...I omit the cumin and add some hot sauce and more garlic....you could add Parmesan cheese. -1 tbs oil (sunflower if ya have it) plus extra for brushing -1 onion finely chopped -1 garlic clove, finely chopped -1 tsp ground coriander and cumin -4oz white mushrooms, finely chopped -15 oz/425g canned into or red kidney beans drained and rinsed -2 tbsp of chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley -all purpose flour for dusting -salt and pepper -ham buns *heat oil and add onions until soft, add garlic, coriander and cumin and cook, stirring, for a min or so. *add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes until liquid has evaporated. Transfer to bowl. *Put beans in small brown and mash with fork, stir into mushroom mixture with parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. *preheat broiler to med-high. Divide into equal parts (about 4 portions), dust with flour and shape into about 4 burgs. Brush with oil and cook under broiler for 4-5 minutes on each side.
