344 - Don't be lazy just 'cause it's the weekend. Only two more days!

Every now again, in an effort to keep this 33 year old body looking like a teenager (yeah right), I do the ol' watch-what-I-eat and exercise like a mad woman. For me, the hardest things to give up are my after work cheese with crackers and wine with dinner. Instead of the cheese, I grab for fruit after work, and instead of the wine I either go with water or sugar-fee soda. What is difficult for you to give up and what would you replace it with?

Roger Greenberg was interviewed by the Ottawa Business Journal this week and said that this is just not the case. I support this project wholeheartedly. As someone who works for his company, I know Roger Greenberg is a hell of a guy, who loves his city and does whatever he can to make it better. He's donated countless dollars and hours to our community and he's created a corporate culture of philanthropy. He's taken a lot of flack in the past week especially, and I can assure you that he's not a smarmy businessman. I trust him to always do the right thing. It's just who he is.
