  1. Judas Priest is doing their British Steel album (30th anniversary of album) in its entirety this tour. I was tempted to go just because of that, but as it turns out again this year, I've got a free ticket for Bayfest and will be visiting friends in London & Sarnia that week. Aside from Blue Rodeo, PJ, Moody Blues & Judas Priest (all of which I have seen in the past) there really isn't anything that interests me enough to make the 40 min trip to Toronto. Funny how my interests still haven't changed that much since some of those bands were in their prime.

    PHISH videos

I just posted the original TDD link as another option to check for Phish DVDs since jayr asked. Never checked to see if Alpine show was on there.

    PHISH videos

TDD link (not a torrent link) works fine for me, on both my IPs, might have been maintenance earlier. Since she had her domain stolen awhile back things have been up and down over the last month while Lynne worked out the bugs, but its been running good for a couple weeks now. Anyway, loads of Phish shows on there, just do a quick search "phish" in video torrents forum. [edit to add] Heres the link for the search results, like all torrent sites that your required to resgister on, you need to be logged in to view the results. removed search results link (above link I posted works though), as it expires I guess after a certian amount of time. Best to just do an advanced search of the video torrents forum to refine your search.

  11. If you like acoustic blues, quality recordings and Bonnie Raitt then you probally already have this recording - if you don't have it, aren't a fan of, or are just not familiar with Bonnie Raitt's music from this period then you should download this because it's seriously smoking. There is some discrempency over how this recording came to light, one story which seems to be the most popular is; an ex-intern of WMMR from the 1980's made their way back there in the 1990s posing as a university affiliate doing research on 1970's radio advertising gained themselves access to the records/recordings room and master reels of this show, and copied it with a portable Sony DAT deck. Another story I've read on the internet from a person who claimed to be an ex-roommate of the person who liberated this from WMMR claims that the person was never an intern at the station, but did moreless bullshit their way into gaining access to the records/recordings room with a DAT recorder to make a copy from the master reels of this recording, as well, some other recordings. Regardless of which story (if either) are true, the fact remains that this is seriously smoking, both in the quality of the performace and the sound of the recording. In my opinion, a must have for folks who really enjoy acoustic blues. Well worth the bandwidth & download time. 12. Good idea, get some space cake I highly reccommend it. (pun intended) If I didn't still have a half month of backpacking after the cannbis cup to do, I would have picked up some better/bigger prints from there, but I did pick up a 14x18 print of Skull Smoking a Cigarette (only one I could carry without damaging it). You can easily spend hours there.
