  1. My ma works for the federal parole board, so I'm gonna hit her up for some info tonight and see what she's heard or knows, since she deals with the RCMP daily. As much as I agree with you, sadly, I feel that would only result in getting tasered also and/or charged with some sort of obstruction. [color:red][edit to add] And by that point, I don't mean it wouldn't be worth helping someone, just that it's probally a big reason people don't help.
  2. Labatts 50 and a grilled cheese with bacon.
  3. A king among men I tell ya. Thanks again for the update Marc0.

  9. "Alot" is not a word. Or is that the point of this thread? You're right; I was just venting' date=' going along with NW's "supposebly." Aloha, Brad[/quote'] I was going to say, you must of known "alot" isn't a word.
  10. Heard that this mornin' on CH.
  11. Don't think its goin matter, after the botched poll I made yesterday where some couldn't vote and the results weren't going to be shown until dec. 2008, I kinda made up my mind...but I'm goin let it go until next week anyway.
  12. I remember seeing him open for ACDC at Maple Leaf Gardens (only time I've ever caught Malmsteen live), crazy player. My buddy Gary always went off about how he had a keyboard player in his band soley to cover any "misses" that occured in his playing since he played so fast. Anyone else ever hear that? I was never a fan but always doubtful of it myself.
  13. Great news. Thanks for the update Marc0. Give my best wishes to Tim when you see him.
  14. Cool. I'd bet you know the girl I'm speaking of though, she's from Ancaster (friends of Tim as well) and went to school in Dawson, BC before eventually moving to Yellowknife, I hadn't heard anything from or about her in quite awhile so I took a shot.
  15. Make sure if you grab one of those AD, that you check that its stereo. I made that mistake when I grabbed one for my laptop, stereo have two bands on the 1/8" pin usually and mono only one (as pictured).
  16. It sounds great too!. Currently its up on dime and Hungercity.

  19. Definitely go man, you won't regret it. NWT is beautiful in my opinion. I can't give to much advice about living there, I spend a summer up there while my father was working there in the early 80's and then travelled through on my way to the Yukon a few years back, but if you are going to have your own car, invest in a block heater.
  20. Looks like a great show Brody, sorry I can't make it, as seems to be the trend lately for me unfortunately. Yep Roc seem to really have made their mark over the last 10 years, loads of great artists on that label.
  21. Makes sense to me, if you can't sing it, don't.
  22. Your a good soul Tim, swift healing vibes coming your way.
