    BEER!!

That shit is fucking disgusting. Agreed. Mill Street Tankhouse is delicious however.
  2. I think the STP reunion was no surprise to the Revolver folks. I think they dumped Scott for the reasons mentioned.
  3. It's a shame that Scott is a nutcase because Velvet Revolver is the only good supergroup, doing real rock and roll the way it should be done. "Fall to Pieces" is the best metal ballad since G&R were still on the charts.
  4. Butherface Fergie produces some of the most obnoxious songs on the airwaves.
  5. Leo doesn't shut the fuck up and he's far too serious. I was a giant Leo fan when he played for the Orange, but he needs to let Chuck call the game instead of blabbing over every second of every play.
  6. It's a disgrace that Jack Armstrong's days in the Raptors organization are likely over due to Sportsnet not carrying games next year. He's the best colour man in the country in any sport. Leo sucks ass.
  7. The Jays HD game on Sportsnet looks incredible and the TSN Philly game looks great too. I'm so impressed that our tax money pays the CBC to put out this shit video.
  8. The CBC HD feed looks like shit compared to TSN's Philly-Caps feed.

    KD

Thanks for putting KD in my head. I went out and bought a box and will be heating the water soon. I'm adding some fresh marble cheese into the mix too.
  10. Is it just Iggy or are the rest of The Stooges joining him? I'm a fan of his solo work, but I'd love to see The Stooges at this fest.
  11. I just checked ticket prices for a few of MMJ's upcoming dates. It looks like they average in the low $30's to close to $40 US. Of course, I'd personally pay double to see them, but the Montreal and Toronto shows should be reasonably priced.
  12. BTW, My Morning Jacket will the musical guest on SNL on May 10th. I'll be doing the same thing I did when Arcade Fire and Wilco were on the show; record the performance and fast-forward through the "comedy" bits.
  13. Provided Low Roller doesn't take up stakes in Kitchener before the tour, here are the European dates that should get his attention: June 25 Wed Sheffield, UK Leadmill 26 Thu Bristol, UK Academy 27 Fri Manchester, UK Academy 29 Sun Glastonbury, UK Glastonbury Festival JULY 01 Tue Hamburg, Germany Gruenspan 02 Wed Koln, Germany Gebaude 04 Fri Werchter, Belgium Werchter Festival 06 Sun Kent, UK The Hop Farm 08 Tue Amsterdam, The Netherlands Melkweg 09 Wed Paris, France Le Trabendo 11 Fri Nottingham, UK Rescue Rooms 13 Sun Glasgow, Scotland T In The Park Festival 15 Tue London, UK The Forum 19 Sat Benicassim, Spain Benicassim Festival
  14. I gotta work on both days, but I'm on my day shift schedule. No way I'd make Montreal since my shift ends at 7pm. Toronto will do. I've seen them 3 times, so it'll be interesting to see how many converts they get playing in that dreary place.
  15. I can't say that I'm thrilled with the venue, but the Kool Haus has upgraded their sound and acoustics. I'm off that night so I'll be there. It'll be hard for this show to beat the Berkeley Church though.
  16. Sarich's hit on Marleau is the best hit so far in the entire playoffs. The game is heating up.
  17. I'm sickened watching the beginning of this game.
  18. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. Complete game for Doc! Too bad that Rogers dumped the game to their Jays promo channel. Shame on them. Does anyone actually watch Rock games?
  20. Clash doesn't up well nowadays, but check out the Harryhausen films I mentioned earlier. They are still imaginative and innovative and are well worth owning.
  21. It has a pretty decent cast of English actors, but Hamlin and Burgess? C'mon. Although casting in Harryhausen films never really mattered too much, this is a weak entry and not a great film to retire with.
  22. The only saving grace of this otherwise dull movie is the genius of Ray Harryhausen (but I do lust after Ursula Andress). It can't compare to Harryhausen's early masterpieces like The 7th Voyage of Sinbad, The Golden Voyage of Sinbad, Jason and the Argonauts and to a lesser extent Mysterious Island and The Three Worlds of Gulliver.
