I haven't dug out my harp in a number of years, but I remember my dad dropping a decent amount of cash when buying it. I've messed around with it and remember that it sounded rich and full and not that hard to play. I never learned how to bend notes though; that's next.

I agree Brad, the Steamwhistle 12's are well arranged and constructed. Too bad about the beer though. I wish I liked it - the brewery does everthing right, from the location of the brewery to the beer tour to their respect for Toronto heritage.

I don't get it.

The most impressive thing about last night's game was Ruslan Fedotenko eagerly dropping the gloves (and holding his own) with Leaf "heavyweight" Andre Deveaux. I've always liked Ruslan's game, but now I like it even more.

And the Rangers turned poison into a good player in Zherdev. Also, Voros and Dubinsky have been pleasant surprises this year.

The Rangers have a pretty good mix of players this year and have nice depth all-round. Adding Sundin makes sense if they can pull it off. I know that Shanahan hasn't called it a day yet either, so if they can't sign Mats, I wonder if Shanny will lower his asking price and sign with the Rangers?

Very sorry to hear about this. I really liked that dog. I'll always remember your family (mainly your dad) walking Roscoe down Glen Cairn Terrace past my house. I think I saw them go by my mom's place when I was in Kingston a month ago. Best pitbull since Petey from The Little Rascals.

I'm just checking my playlist for Thursday and low and behold, The Trews are the featured artist on MuchMusic's Spotlight video flow program. The 30 minute video pack airs at 8:30 and 2:00am. The videos are (in order): "Every Inambition", "Not Ready to Go", "Tired of Waiting", "She's So Leaving", "Yearning", "Hold Me in Your Arms" and "Man of Two Minds." I believe that's all their videos. Are you in there somewhere 'ersh?

I'm glad there's far more Jack Armstrong. As for Chuck, I'm glad he isn't doing his Fan radio show anymore. He was only slightly better than Mike Hogan's boring 9-noon slot.

It's fixed and tied to inflation. For 2008, rent was increased to 1.4%. For 2007 it was 2.6%. Every increase hits me. The 1.4% increase this year pushed my rent over $1400 per month.
