I think you'd negotiate the price of the vehicle that the leasing company would be buying from the dealer in order to lease to you. They may have deals set up to get it at the best price though... who knows.

I may have posted this already - I forget. I accidentally allowed Internet Explorer to upgrade to version 7. It sucks. Anyone know if there is a way to back track to the previous version? and/or if there is a different browser our there that'll work? (I'm not a huge firefox fan either. I don't like the "open in new tab" and I like to be able to right click on "back" to go back a bunch... those are the keys for me in being able to order tickets - which is the key to the internet.)
