I cross at Fort Erie almost twice a month, don't usually wait more than a car or two. That being said when The Bills play the Police usually ride programm everyone coming back to Canada(have not seen same on U.S. side though). Not sure if they will clamp down on Concert goers though. Probably if you cross earlier than later it should be better.

Just go to a ticket master location on the day the tickets go on sale if you want Darien Lake Tickets and you live in Southern Ontario. Also we used to call ticket master locations in Alberta and Manitoba years ago when everything outeast was busy.

The prices will have to drop again like in the 80,s when the Government started the upward pricing spiral . The market reacts yet again, now we just need the same for alcohol and Organized crime controled pot prices and we will be saving tons.
