Just as there are other factors involved in developing cancer. Smoking with your kid in the car isn't a 100% guarantee that it's going to happen either. I think smoking with your kid in the car is a really, really bad idea. I just don't think we need to legislate it as law, bylaw, whatever. Social pressure should be enough.
