Have you been to Great Britain? Because those numbers look high based on my experience. Maybe in London. For a cheap, no tipping pint in Ottawa, go to the RichTree marketplace restaurant in the Rideau Centre... $4.50 for a pint of Stella... and there's no way to tip even if you want to.
