i saw them once and i didn't really like it that much. their singer killed it for me. i talked with one of the guys from the band last week tho and he assured me that they had a new singer and that accentuated their sound a lot more. their horn line is great, really punchy and energetic, i can see them being really fun if they're not fronted by some poor girl who needs to be put out of her misery.

the whole evolve 04 show is good, but i like the second disc a bit better than the first, even with the disappointment of no encore

don't mean to be a buzzkill but considering all the strife between the residents and the fest in the past i've heard about, can we be reasonably assured that this fest isn't going to get shut down mid way through?

total budget movie, but interesting shots, very tarentino esque...sounds like a chick flick but it isn't. marisa thomei and tye diggs...couple others. really good movie i was surprised

yo willister, if i ever get around to grabbin that amp and those cables from esau you should come up and have a listen to the set up i have, it's perty sweet. you'd probably really love the old school entertainment centre i have that comes complete with built in tuner, record player and reel to reel recorder. it does karaoke old school.
