I was just thinking the other day that it's been way too long since I ventured there on a Wednesday night...used to do it all the time... I'm becoming geriatric. The notion of going all the way downtown on a Wednesday to see a band seems ludicrous.

Update: This event has been rescheduled to Monday, November 12th. Premium ticket sale starts tomorrow and ends Monday. Yay!

Anyone in Toronto (or visiting) want to go check out the Chinese Lantern Festival at Ontario Place? It ends on October 7th. I have 5 free admission tickets (Normal cost: $25). It looks pretty cool when you're driving by!

There have been reports that Stevie has been AMAZING on this latest tour...so that bodes well. And, bouche, are you seriously negating an artist for one questionable song in their repertoire? Should we write off everything the Dead did after "Dancing in the Streets"? Should no one have gone to see them after their wholly suspect disco forays? Just wondering.

I thought Greendale was good, soundwise, as well.
