Impressive as it was that you could make gravy for 'poutine' without beef and chicken stock, it just isn't for me. nope. I need my stock. btw, you cannot call it poutine using mccains potato patties, veggie gravy and any cheese other than curds. bradm Posted April 1, 2006 Report Share Posted April 1, 2006 I actually ate breakfast (toast + cereal), lunch (ham + provolone sandwiches, toasted), and dinner (omelette + toast...I think a pattern is emerging...) at typical meal hours (breakfast: 8:45am; lunch: 11:30am; dinner: 5:00pm) today.
