fluffhead77
holy shit that was wicked...please give all the details Dave when you get back..I'll be checking them out in Tennessee but I don't imagine it'll be like seeing them with an orchestra
SmoothedShredder
Thanks for that Dave-O... This only confirms what a great song writer James is... the songs definately were orchestral. I've noted a similarity between Radiohead and MMJ becuase of this quality. The clip also seemed like an evolution from the Bonnaroo 2005 set where they had a conducter (not just some actor pretending to conduct) leading the performance, and included the introduction of a half dozen 12' puppets... including Beethoven. I can't wait until a 3 Hour Midnight set by these dudes... it'll take alot to pry me away from this set... Conductor: ----------------------^ Edited June 10, 2006 by Guest
DevO
WOW!!! I'd love to see that in concert! MMJ rules. The drummer looked like a deadly sloth perched for the kill. Thanks for posting.

Jaimoe
MMJ played one of the best Austin City Limits performances I've seen in many years. I loved the Letterman gig too - and I normally don't like it when rock bands collaborate with orchestras.
