what's in your egg salad sammich?

Gawd I love this sammich. First and foremost you gotta stuff that mutha with filling so that it oozes out the mothafooking sides when you bite into it

but anyway mine consists of:

Lotsa green onion

pepper

celery salt

garlic powder

dab of mustard

paprika

dash of cayenne

mayo of course

I think that's about it, it's gotta sit in the fridge of course, overnight before you make the sammichs, ideally. I suspect though that I'm needing a 1:1 ratio of mayo to miracle whip, that might be the missing link...

Any variations/additions/thoughts?!?!?

well ollie

5-6 eggs

3/4 cup mayo, roughly

1/4 cup sour cream

pinches of salt, pepper,paprika,cayenne and the other spices

one full green onion, chopped

splash of lemon juice (a few drops should do)

smallish teaspoon of dijon mustard

2-3 strips of bacon, cooked and de-grisled. preferably the thick, smoked kind

mix the fuck out of it with a fork, cover, let it sit overnight

Some good ideas here but I wouldn't use green onion. It kinda takes over.

and what in the hell is wrong with that? Green Onion ROCKS!

easy there Gumby. I also have an appreciation for the onion that is green (or scallion, if you will). I just don't like eating an egg salad sandwich and still tasting green onions four hours later.
