YearsAlongTheSea
A barrell of monkeys? Yes. Musically... A little megh. Can't see where all the hype comes from to be honest. There were some good parts, but unfortunately, they were outnumbered by the mediocre to bad parts. Good times though. I like that room....
Jay Funk Dawg
I wish we could have linked these two shows.. .FUSSY PART > VANDERPARK > GTB > SLOWCOASTER ...could have been a mega show!In ode to the Bus, we played some of GTB's first album at the end of the night at the El Mo. That show was a barrell of monkeys!plans fell through (plus a wicked Hooters hangover)... really wanted to see it but became an impossibility... tis my good dad's birthday today (yes, his name is Patrick)glad some good times got had... alternatively I don't know how some people don't get the bus... suppose I've seen a show or two that didn't totally rock me (amongst the dozen that blew my freakin mind!)guess if the Grateful Dead could drop a sleeper show on me all the way from home in Oakland, California back in 2002 ("why do I like these guys again?") anyone cancheers to green beers!
