Kanada Kev
Maybe he knows that one to be really comfortable?LOL ... more comfortable than the "gallery" seats up top. They still haven't put cushions on those have they?? I remember being up there once and sitting in some HARD wooden seats ... no wonder they were cheaper
secondtube
like i said in another thread, the first two or three rows of the balcony at massey hall are amazing seats....when given the choice, unless its a stand up show, thats where ya want to be! secondtube
and yes, the gallary, where i'll be sitting on night three, are hard, wooden seats....but the sound is generally warm sounding up there.
Velvet
I'm not a big fan of the gallery at Massey Hall. The seats are about a half inch narrower than my butt.
AD
no wonder they were cheaper they weren't cheaper for me... worked out to $150 a pop for my neil tickets in the gallery.
Kanada Kev
they weren't cheaper for me... worked out to $150 a pop for my neil tickets in the gallery. Really? Oh, it must be the first few rows of the Gallery that have the full ticket price. The 2 i scored in the gallery for the 3rd show were at the $87.50 price or whatever, but they were at the back i think. I remember getting some tix for CS&N when they played Massey a number of years ago. I had great seats down low, but I got my mom a pair. She was side gallery and basically saw C&N (couldn't even see S because that side of the stage couldn't be seen!!
phorbesie
well they are still cheaper. i got gallery tix one night for 150. but floor and balcony tix were 200. secondtube, how is the 5th row in the balcony? LOL that's where i'm sitting. do you only endorse the first 3 rows?

secondtube
Ad, the sightlines in the 'back' of the gallary aren't good, but unless it says obstructed view, you'll be ok....but squinting....if you only have a single, take some cash to the show, and upgrade.
