ollie
Ha ha, I'll back off, but don't think I haven't noticed they fun you've been having at the omnivore's expense in other threads. Anyway, I like my potatoes fried for the most part, especially hash brown style but usually french fries. Mashed is good too. And scalloped potatoes are super tasty but I haven't had them forever. phorbesie
i think my favourite is roasted in the oven, cut into smallish chunks and tossed in olive oil. i cook them at 425 for about 45 minutes or so, flipping a few times (preheating the pan prevents sticking). they're good with everything! phorbesie
i agree with you too, french fries rock. the only problem is the variable factor - depending on where you go, sometimes you get crappy fries. but a perfectly done french fry....YES!!! Birdy
Here's some photos i took in Maranello, Italy last May at the Ferrari factory... we sold these cars at auction. Sweet potato pies don't compare to these. My absolute favourite: Edited March 29, 2008 by Guest

AD
i personally think enzo's are ugly and hardly the ferrari of ferraris. agreed totally. but i'd still loooooove to have one. a friend bought a 1977 308 GTB and has taken it completely apart and cleaned / restored everything, down to the tiny parts in the carbs. it's absolutely beautiful now. but i don't like that design. i like the classic ones you posted. potatoes rule!
