Velvet
If you're onsite at 6:00 go see Lucas Haneman on the Black Sheep Stage (Monster Stage).
Rob Not Bob
Just getting back on the board after vacation ... it was a brilliant set.

c-towns
Was this the worst Bluesfest ever? I didn't see anyone say anything about it on here.
Velvet
No. The worst Bluesfest ever was the year after the stage collapse. For the record, Air Supply was fantastic this year. As were The Hip.
Booche
I think it was severely under-attended by those who still regularly post here. I also found that amongst Ottawa folk I am in regular contact with that it was severely under-attended by them as well. This was the first year in which I didn't make it to a single day. I put 100% of the blame on DB2.
AD
I was there for 100 minutes total. 5 minutes before Weird Al, his set, and 5 minutes after. Would've gone at least one other day had ticket prices been remotely reasonable.
Davey Boy 2.0
Sounds to me like someone's trying to make love out of nothing at all
Rob Not Bob
I went there almost every day. i would, without hesitation, rank this as one of the best Bluesfests I have ever been to and everyone else missed out. I certainly never thought I would say that going in to it, but that is my assessment of it now.

Rob Not Bob
Stand by it, Ronnie Baker Brooks was amazing, danced my ass off to Jungle By Night, Willie Nile was an incredible discovery, Richard Thompson, Lynyrd Skynyrd & Deep Purple delivered like they always do, Lucas Haneman put on a wonderful set, Current Swell followed by Black Mountain followed by Gaslight Anthem was a mind blowing night of music, finally got to see Canned Heat and they didn't disappoint, the Beaches and Temperance Movement rocked, and Weird All was a whole lot of fun (and I wasn't really a big Weird Al fan going in). Almost every day I went had some sort of musical peak and several days had more than one.
