bouche
just got back from Aubrey's in the market with some local beef for burgs. Here's a tip which I just learned today...you don't need to buy Organic beef to get good healthy beef.Apparantly a place like Aubrey's buys from the local french famers and it's as good as organic without the label or the price. 5.62 for a pound of ground beef . ollie
some green teaI bought some green tea on the weekend. I'm hoping to replace my coffee at work habit with a tea at work habit. Problem is I'm drinking this stuff like water. How much green tea is too much? What's the caffeine content like?
badams
some green tea I bought some green tea on the weekend. I'm hoping to replace my coffee at work habit with a tea at work habit. Problem is I'm drinking this stuff like water. How much green tea is too much? What's the caffeine content like? I drink a lot of Green Tea. However I make Iced Tea Green Tea. Here's some info... * Green tea contains less caffeine than coffee: there are approximately thirty to sixty mg. of caffeine in six - eight ounces of tea, compared to over one-hundred mg. in eight ounces of coffee. * 3 to 5 cups a day is recommended. There are studies done in China that say up to 10 cups is OK. That's a lot of tea Try the Iced Tea version, it's very good.
