This random article mentions Jimmy Cliff, Lou Reed, Jethro Tull, Dave Matthews Band and more as rumoured...

RUMOURS!

U2 is apparently a strong rumour. I know people love them, but don't see why they would want to play a festival. Isnt' their stage the size of the war museum? Also- they would swallow up a huge amount of the budget, you'd think.

You will see the overlaps when Bluesfest is annoucned. Right now those are obviously incomplete lineups...Its more Winnipeg and Ottawa that tend to have the same artists as they are at nearly the same time.

GREAT NEWS!! DHINGY. I have been loving the swimmers alot latley. And on july 8th. Perfect. Thanks dude for the heads up. Come on Avett brothers aswell then my two bands i really want to see soon will be rockin it ottawa bluesfest styles. Rawk!!!
