Agreed. I've also found that my cordless home phone will interrupt my wireless connection - I believe they use the same frequency. that happens to me to. I even changed the frequency of the router but it still happens. Pretty fucking annoying when I'm streaming a show to the television and someone calls.

try unplugging your router and plugging it back in. if that works it's much faster than rebooting your computer.

Apparently Bell has a new fibre optic service called FibeTV Those annoyed with rogers, satellite, etc should check it out. Mind you, you've got to be in either Toronto or Montreal. Seems promising. Has anyone looked into it?

I was reading the thread on punk ottawa for more details. I'm just perplexed at how these guys were granted money with zero experience putting on any events. This looks like a job for the Auditor General. The attitude is appalling.

when's the last time you got that working? hulu can detect hotspot and other proxys. you need to have a real VPN in the US which one probably has to pay for, to get Hulu. not calling you wrong. i need more details, cause this is the experience that I've had, and many others.
