  1. Could have locked in Velvet and Rubberdinghy with a free hintonburger. Missed opportunity.
  2. There are some very interesting details in this article in the Ottawa Sun on how the miners survived their ordeal. I had no idea there was this much going on down there.

    Netflix Picks

we watched the zack galafanakis vid too. he's damn funny. there's a sarah silverman one too that I haven't seen yet, something by brad garrett and a few others probably worth their weight in salt.
  4. i'll never forget their 1998 vegas live stream. here we are 12 years later with waaaayyy better quality streams and jams.
  5. If you've not already setup Netflix with a free month account, you should at least give it a go. There's enough content to get a free months worth of stuff you may not have even noticed before or things you just wanted to rewatch out of nostalgic purposes. Post things you've found here and share good finds. The interface on the PS3 seems to hide things that I might want to see. Same with the website. They try to be "intelligent" about what I should see but it misses many choices. A couple of movies and documentaries that I've seen recently worth sharing are: Joe Rogan: Live - really f'n hilarious. Say Anything - never saw this before. Great movie with a ton of actors in their young years (eric stoltz!) Red Dwarf - fantasticly retarded british comedy with total geek humour and ripping off sit-coms like the odd couple. JCVD - haven't seen this yet. but it's jean-claude van damme playing himself. seems interesting. anyone else have some finds worth sharing?
  6. Are they playing the entire set via the stream? If so...f'n sweet.
  7. hey, I just heard a Rockband 2 song by the silversun pickups. lazy eye. cool.
  8. that's funny. that sesame street/muppet humour always gets me to laugh.
  9. Spirithalloween on merivale is by far the funnest and most complete halloween costume shop i've seen. Those monster blowouts are mostly cheap crap with an extreme lack of variety. Walk into spirithalloween with a couple of ideas and you'll be able to piece nearly anything together. I nearly changed my entire concept after seeing the insane scary clown masks that they had, but realized that a mask like that would be hard to wear all night.
  10. I just had a fractal fart.

  12. still haven't been there. gonna break that streak soon.

  16. didn't we see them for halloween in toronto? Let it Be?
  17. Let me get this straight. Basher was the 2nd runner up to a Dirty Sanchez? This information is gold. wait, who said anything about acting? Dustin got the part!
  18. Really? I am on Team Mike on this one...... The place is simply outstanding from the ribs and chicken right down to the slaw and cornbread. like i give a fuck what booche thinks. he's the guy who would order the fish and chips at a bbq chicken and rib place and cry fowl.
  19. awwwww..... now i don't want to bother. i'll stick with foolish chicken I guess.
  20. if you want fried chicken, there's a place that's opened up recently on somerset called "Jean Albert's soul food". I briefly read the menu and what stood out was the quality of the chicken. We're talking hormone-free free-range fried chicken with a family secret recipe. must try this place for guilt-free fried chicken. Story here
