Well it's been approx 14-15 years since I raced.

Only time I ever wore a helmet was when I used to race. When I hit the FIS level helmets were no longer mandatory and I stopped wearing it. Never liked wearing helmets mostly because they are very uncomfortable.

I've never understood why when people have drugs in their car that they drive like idiots. If I had been in his place I'd have followed every traffic law, wouldn't even speed 1 mph over the limit. Then again looking at his mugshot maybe he wanted to go to jail as he looks pretty darn happy.
