There have been sporadic complete sell-outs every year, but they're the exception not the norm. For example, the night Drake played last year was completely sold out. But I think that was the only night. RobL's other points are correct. Wait and see - but if there are 2 huge acts playing the same night get your tickets early.

don't know what you mean about the grid - guy obviously took it from the bluesfest website during a time when it was up. it wasn't supposed to be live and fully functional until the official announcement (tuesday) which is why it's not working for people tonight. i'm sure there will be many many many more spots filled tomorrow, along with a functional website.

Sean, you've never seen a show at Raw Sugar? That shocks me! It's definitely a great place for a show. Very small, very quiet. Don't know about 'underused' but yes, more people I like should play there.
