I was there that night too, it was after the Arcade Fire show at the church. I was super drunk though and kept getting shushed.

DBOC: Copied from Chromewaves The pair will be at the Molson Amphitheatre on July 8 and considering the show starts at 6:45 and curfew is 11PM, it seems the Lips will finally be making up for their 15-minute V Fest set in 2006. Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10AM and range from $52.50 for GA floors (and the privilege of being in Wayne Coyne’s bubble walk route) to $29.50 for lawns (unlikely he’ll make it up there but you never know).

I would love to go but have other plans. If anyone in Ottawa digs music of the quiet genius and spooky, take Sean up on his generous offer. This will be an amazing show.

I've seen spoon twice, both times they were great.

Since Spoon is now playing a Toronto show with the Lips around Bluesfest time I hope they'll be coming up to Ottawa too.

Hoping for a Brasstronaut show in Ottawa during Bluesfest. Great band. That's a decent lineup IMO. Not great but not bad either.
