Washington just got ROBBED by the Refs. Called on a goalie interference, when it was the Tampa Defender who clearly hit his own goalie. Totally a fucked up call... this ref just punched his ticket out of the playoffs... edit: upon futher review... that Tampa Defender was thrown about 4 ft to knock on Romo, so the call makes sense... neat stuff... Watching over the internet is nice... but not prefered...

What do you want me to say? Sens are playing some great hockey? Montreal must be way better? It's clear from their play and their record... sure, someone who doesn't like and follow the team would just say they suck, but I just feel like something is wrong with tht timing and the fitness... guys playing through injury that are just too proud/stubborn to deal with it and a coaching staff which was too inept at dealing with it. They had an opportunity to reach the top of the conference... but that door is closing quickly... still the playoffs are within reach, and if they manage to rest up some of the players who have plateaued and just cannot get the job done, then so be it... the risk of course is that there is still the very real chance of missing the playoff entirely... just look at the Habs and the Leafs as to how effective it can be brining up their farm club for extened stretches. Habs suck.

I still got hope... they got the talent... just seem burnt out, out of sync... I'll be happy if they squeek in number 8 and face you guys in the first round.

That's it... give the Sens the rest of the Season off... if they make the playoffs, great... they'll be rested... and if they don't... it don't matter... they're going nowhere fast. No brain juice left in their buckets. Bring up the B-sens, and hope for the best.

The Refs hate us... I just want to know what we did/are doing to deserve it... and wish we would stop it. Lots of banging and crashing last game... if we ever learn how to control the puck after those big hits we should be fine. This game is huge for the Sens... I hope to see a better game tonight than last Saturday... I'm still keeping the fire. GO SENS!!!
