  1. Lets not... Hope Albany rages though. You Enjoy Your Selves!
  2. Anything off Twisted Records, specifically: Younger Brother Hallucinogen (In Dub) Ott Bombay Dub Orchestra is awesome too... I know a lot of you hate the Disco Biscuits, but they do instrumental sets dubbed "Tractorbeam," that are phenomenal. For all of you that can't wrap your head around their vocals, I recommend you check out a set. Specifically 9-12-09... On a side note, I hate dubstep, Nothing relaxing about it. To further that dub related tangent; anything Old School Dub ala Aston 'Familyman' Barrett, Agustus Pablo, etc, will work too....
  3. Jaydawg- Don't say you're going to put someone on the Will-Pay list when you're not going to have a Will-Pay list. It just makes everyone involved look like an asshole...

  5. Okay, I've been trying to get a straight answer on this one. Maybe you can help settle an argument. Are they opening for Samantha or backing her up? I'd love to see these guys again, it's been ages...
  6. I'll second that Peru is Amazing. I wish I had been there longer and seen more of the country but Maccu Piccu was absolutely Majestic, and in those days, Cuzco was right up my Alley as a town to rage. Rico Barato is doing up Peru thoroughly; I'm sure he has a few cents on the subject...
  7. I had an annoying one at the same crossing earlier this summer coming back from NYC after Saratoga Springs. I'm always very polite and look as clean-cut as possible. "What were you doing on your trip?" "I came down to visit a few friends and see a few concerts, Sir." "Who'd you see?" "A band called Phish." "Pull over there, someone will be with you shortly." "Gotcha."
  8. Set I Wilson NICU Wolfman's Brother Ocelot Torn and Frayed Strange Design Nice to see something off Exile made it into rotation...
  9. To answer BradM: Most anything by the Hold Steady. Maybe 'How a Resurrection Really Feels.' Question: I used to have an FM transmitter for my ipod but found it didn't work well in cities. Also found on road trips, certain frequencies would sneak their way into my mix. That being said, I haven't used said technology in circa 5 years and it was relatively new then. Is it more reliable now? Do you still get interference or feel like your battling low frequency stations for airplay?
  10. If we're making arbitrary requests: "Once Upon A Time In The West" - Dire Straits Do it. Or should I say: why haven't you done it?
  11. Totally. For MSG I'm in the 400's off to the side courtesy of the lottery. The seats are front row, aisle of the section, but still. Plus it's my birthday; you'd think they would've hooked me up...
  12. Caught him in San Fran a few NYE's ago. Awesome party and killer set. All in Quadraphonic sound to top it off. I'll definitely be there if I'm in the mood for some untz, untz, untz...

  14. That reaffirms my conclusion that I didn't miss anything. The simulcast theatre was a lot cleaner and you got to see a HD close-up of Trey crying like a school girl. On another note, my ex-girlfriend's white Jeep Cherokee is featured around the 5:20 minute mark and I'm pretty sure I saw the RV I was going to roll up there in. Thanks for sharing...
