  1. To me, it's pretty obvious people are cheering to those lyrics based on their meaning within the context of that evening or that show, not that song... Just my 2 cents...
  2. I've driven to Southern Florida a few times and wouldn't do it again if you paid me. The only benefit would be having a car when you get there which it sounds like you won't anyway. I'd fly if I were you...
  3. I have a hard time with abbreviated words. i.e.: 'Whatev' 'Delish' and the worst has to be: 'Totes.'
  4. Anyone have a phresh link to this show? I'm back at my computer and dying to DL it. Thanks in advance...
  5. First show I've ever been shut out of in 14 years of seeing phish. Oh well, it was a matter of time...
  6. Yeah, I heard a lot of people who had done the whole tour complain that Wednesday night was a lot of repeats; from very recent shows taboot. Not having seen them since the summer, it was all fresh to me...
  7. that. was. the. heat.
  8. Last night was sick. First set was awesome and fluid. The second set was a monster. Joy and Sparkle together was a little too much down time, but the Tweezer, Slave, Hood and Light all made up for it and more. Not a huge fan of Light but they played the shit out of it. Absolute sickness. Kuroda was on fire all night, as were the boys. I love arena phish. Great birthday show! Thanks Phish...
  9. Waiting for my flight at YYZ; dispense pills. Can't wait to hit the city and throw down at MSG. Hopefully I'll run into you Heather. Nice avatar bones.
  10. I'm flying down to NYC tomorrow and getting ready to rage my Dirty-30 with the boys on Wednesday. My first Phish show was 12-2-95 so this will be my 14th reunion/birthday show. I'm still looking for a friday ticket but have faith it'll come my way. Anyone else heading down? See ya'll in the BIg Apple!
  11. Al From moe. still refuses to quit his day job...
  12. I remember an acid drenched ride through Times Square back in high school where we were listening to jazz. Not sure who, it was the only tape in the car at the time. Moral of the story: Acid Jazz. Trippy as Fuck...
  13. Maybe the Gumbo looked like a Ghost...
  14. Looks awesome. Sounds like they're listening to a lot of Velvet Underground on the bus...
  15. I could see it coming in really handy in areas I'm unfamiliar with. That being said, I can see it having the cell phone effect where I don't remember phone numbers anymore. Either way, I'm a bit of a cynic, and I'm sure I'd double check what it told me to do. This thread kind of makes me want one...
  16. Tractorbeam : Download the 3rd set. Confrontation through Confrontation. All instrumental goodness...
  17. Unfortunately I'll be at MSG. Well, not unfortunate, just a schedule conflict...
  18. Awesome. Hopefully it'll be a little longer, or epic, this time around...
  19. What makes it even more interesting, is that they encored with Fire at their last Albany gig before 12/1/03 back in 9/8/2000!?!? I smell a smokey conspiracy... What makes it more interesting, is that this guy that Trey's sister's dog sitter knows, that lives in Albany, had a small kitchen fire the same day that Fishman's mother's hairstylist was driving through on his way to Maine on 10/16/97...
