  1. Changed your mind eh? Right on. I was going to go off the board if I did the video. Although, I have no desire in crowding the board area with a camera, tripod, cables & MD. That saves me lugging the video camera & MD. Cool.
  2. Heres a few songs that fit in my opinion. Little red riding hood - Sam The Sham and the Pharaohs Season of the Witch - Donovan Don't Fear The Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult Midnight Hour - Wilson Pickett Bad Moon Rising - Creedence Clearwater Revival Black Magic Woman - Santana Born Under A Bad Sign - Cream Psycho Killer - Talking Heads Sympathy for the Devil - The Rolling Stones Wolfman's Brother - Phish Dracula - Medeski, Martin and Wood Pet Sematary - Ramones Grateful Dead - Friend of the Devil
  3. I've been awaiting this for quite sometime now, as I know they have been deleting peoples accounts like crazy at Youtube. I uploaded some Joni after hearing they were removing her videos for a test to see how long it would remain, but it seems not only her people are getting uptight with things. The video in question was omitted from the orignal TV broadcast & has never been released officially either. Heres the email I just recieved from them... Aww well, gone (or going anyway) are the days of good videos on Youtube. Download what you can from them now because from what I've read on numerous blogs, most music videos will be removed eventually, as they are discovered, I assume.
  4. Thats funny, I was going to video record also (if I can afford to stay for the whole show)...if you are making it down to the show Jakis, let me kow before friday so I can save the mailing time & bring your DVDs with me. I will be there for sure, if it is only to drop off DVDs.
  5. Yep, which was only shown in the venue (closed circuit), he interviews folks/the band during set breaks, gives away stupid shit like hams for answering trivia correctly etc. Radio City Music Hall 1980-10-31
  6. I haven't downloaded the files as I have not alot of interest in them, my apologys if the files are crap. I'm not even sure what board they are originally from. I'll check the board I saw them linked to & see what others say.
  7. Franken is hilarious backstage during the closed circuit broadcast I have of the Radio City Music Hall 1980-10-31 Dead show (DVD 2 of 4). Interviewing the band, gettin thrown around by roadies, pure gold.
  8. I hoping to still be able to make it, I slipped up & forgot about some late union dues that I owe and now am paying the price (literally) for my forgetfulness - this may be one of those nights I test my "in moderation" skills, which is laughable really.
  9. JANIS JOPLIN & JORMA KAUKONEN Good Girls To Heaven, Bad Ones To Everywhere Excellent quality Liberated Limited Emotions bootleg 1. Instrumental 2. Maybe 3. Summertime 4. Try 5. Can't Turn You To Loose 6. Combination Of The two 7. Ball And Chain 8. Piece Of My Heart 9. Trouble In My Mind 10. Long Black Train 11. Kansas City Blues 12. Hesitation Blues 13. 10. Don't really eat the things very often, but my brother brought me a few bags of these from Scotland during his visit this last 2 weeks. Actually really good. Loads of other "interesting" flavours from Walkers. http://walkers.corpex.com/cr15p5/index.htm Local that I like to eat. Miss Vickies - Lime & Black Pepper - Sea Salt & Malt Vinegar
  11. Saw this posted on another board, thought some folks here may be interested.
  12. Yeah, it was like that for me, but after I cleared cookies, I lost it. Although, I was told I couldn't have had it toggled, so I'm glad to read someone else has it still. Don't clear site cookies AD if you want to keep it. As for the Slip pic, I guess you uploaded it the other day eh guigsy? Mine screen has been like this for a couple days. Although, not quite as stretched as it is today.
  13. Mines like that also. Screenshot: http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/9479/1111forumshr7.jpg I really miss that option too. Made browseing alot easier & quicker, load times of the pics are getting slower it seems too.
  14. Kanada Kev, I just grabbed the digital flyer from factory direct's website & it has those listed as 39.99. You have to give them your email & it will be mailed right away as a 2MB PDF file.
  15. The very same, I found it listed in one of the flyers I got in the junk mail, it was 39.99 actually, so with taxes more the $40 but still cheaper then 99.
  16. I got one of those that holds 1000 (w/ 500 sleeves -2 CDs a sleeve & numbered) at Factory Direct here in Hamilton for under $40.
  17. I use dbpoweramp to edit & tag my mp3s. Right click the file & click 'edit tag' (only if you have db installed). You get the option of editing the name of the song, artist, album, year & some other comments. Works great.
  18. I loved his work with Lonnie Mack & Albert Collins also.
  19. Well, talk about luck, I just found the 87 Horseshoe show on DVD. http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/details.php?id=9739&filelist=1#filelist Talk about an upgrade!
  20. Yep, simply awesome. Horseshoe 1987 still gets regular play on my cassette deck, I'm always hoping to find a upgrade.
  21. Alright Mike, I know better then to talk about this stuff (Slip related) with you, so I'll step away. Like I said, your initial comments were confusing to me, it sounded like the bar confirmed the show, not confirmed holding the date, thats all, nothing more. Again my apologys.
  22. Ok Mike, no offence towards you, just this sounds confusing then, Sounds like the bar also jumped the gun then, in my opinion, if they confirmed with you only to say different later.
