  2. Its funny, i was at this Keller show. I would have said there ended up being close to 200 in attendance (if you all were worried for him). The venue "The Shark Club" was a weird cjoice (think: seeing Keller at the Keg). I'd never seen him before, but went with a couple of enthusiastic fans and had a pretty good night. He played some tight jams but I really don't know that i would seek his shows out again. I may just not have been too in the mood for his mellow stylings after the Bassnectar the night before though...

  14. you have some pretty cool photo's... really liked them.
  15. with regards to the cable service at roger's; i had a "whining customer" upgrade to the "Ultimate TV Package" after attempting to cut some cable services to offset the impending DL cap on my internet service. when i bitched about this move to cap my DL's at 60GB/month they upgraded me to this TV package that shaved the $25 that i was looking to cut. thing was, NOW i was getting damn near every channel that roger's has. (no PPV or sports secialty channels) was getting TMN, HBO all the american channels, time shifting on and on... perhaps you just need to be the squeaky wheel to satisfy these greedheads. *note- i HAVE been a roger's customer for 15+ yrs and a VIP member for much of that which may explain SOME of their grovelling attitude in this matter.
  16. would love to DL this show...can someone help? is there a way to get from mediafire other than track by track? i seem to be extra stupid with this site. it's prolly obvious but.. help?
  17. dang! i thought for sure those titles would get someone excited..... also in the box is: john denver spirit (which includes the awesome:"polka dots and moonbeams" liberace live with the London philharmonic KC and the sunshine band (self titled) soul train hall of fame vol. 1 come on folks! there must be someone looking for some retro groovieness! don't make me list all of them....
  18. i seem to recall someone looking for a working 8-track player on here a (quite a) while ago. i have a CORTINA2 TD-8 by EICO and 108 kick-ass retro titles to play on it, up for grabs.i have tested the player and it works fine. please note this is a home stereo unit, NOT for your slick Trans-am. i have NOT tested all cartridges so i can not speak to the workability of those. i did do a random sampling and all those tested worked. i'm moving and don't have room for all of this stuff so i'd be willing to part with these for $$$ (b.o.) or heady trades. a sampling of titles include: the beatles red and blue albums, yellow sub.rt carole king rhymes & reasons stevie wonder songs in the key of life hair OST jesus christ superstar OST various years of the "original heavy gold" series elton john rock of the westies a couple of "truck stop specials" gordon lightfoot did she mention my name sonny rollins queen killers live lighthouse suite feeling CCR james taylor sweet baby james, mud slide slim lou rawls merry christmas ho ho ho commodores caught in the act led zeppelin in through the out door and many many more... i can be reached at killatokes@hotmail.com hopefully someone can give a good home to this awesome retro collection
