    This is pretty epic
  2. Colter Wall - Colter Wall yet I cant even imagine what the next King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard albums are going to be like because those assholes promised a bunch over the next two years. I cant wait to hear them but my favorite song from next year is this perfect inception and it's gonna get me laid like a mother fucker. This is going to be a pretty good album from all that I gather thus far
  3. People were still "stretching their legs" outside during this portion.

Bah. My last video got removed by Youtube but none of us should be surprised. Hopefully someone else from this board was able to watch it. John Mayer was stunning on Here Comes Sunshine.............so let's offer a "Slip Forum please" video to make up for it #sorrynotsorry
  5. "I can’t for the life of me remember the last time I saw him. " If I may, I am going to offer a guess that it was the same as the last time I saw him...........at DaveyBoy's 2.0's Bday at the Gallant household.
  6. I'm going to nominate this one as a Thread Of The Year candidate.
  7. for whatever reason I thought this was tomorrow night.
  8. One of the hardest dances I ever saw Brad pull off was during a Burt Neilson show at Mavericks. You cats dropped into a loooooooooong jam, can't recall which song but the tapes would tell the tale, that went way out there. He and I were beside one another at his rig and the bar had become mayhem. It's one of my top 5 Mavericks moments. People were hopping like apes. At one point during this jam I turned to Brad and said "This is what happens when Pink Floyd meets Phish" and and he stopped dead in his tracks while contemplatively grabbing his beard. I felt kinda bad for ruining the moment for a moment............... He sincerely thought about what I had just said, hugged me and then replied in my ear "That's exactly what this is."
  9. If there is one thing I want you to know it's that I will never debate you on how well performed and sounding Pleasure Craft owns a stage. You guys always nail the screw. I would sound stupid to suggest anything aside from that. You have a tight band with many moving parts. That aint easy. This could have been the perfect closure of the first set instead of the second last song. Seeing how the audience reacted and how well you cats did this I would recommend a set ender or an encore if you typically play it as great as you did this evening. You had the house in the palm of your hand, including me. Believe it or not.
  10. I have to find a sitter but that shouldn't be an issue.
  11. Now you know what the rest of us hear when you are speaking at 11pm on a Saturday night.
  12. Love you Cuz. That's exactly what it is..................
  13. Lover, that is not my intention. This is not a "bluegrass" thing. I cant play Steve Vai or bluegrass to save my life. I like what I like and some things sound real to me while others dont. 2 drunk assholes in a living room, not including me, can sound way better than a 100 dollar ticket. I've tried to catch your wave yet I dont need a surfboard out there anymore. Every time I have tried there has been a fail because it doesn't feel real to me. I would drown because Huey Lewis would be happy to be stuck on me.
  14. Remember when Bruce Hornsby was a member of the Grateful Dead? That was awesome.
  15. " He also wrote Jacob's Ladder. Still prefer Huey's Version." I'm starting to wonder if your balls have dropped yet because it's pretty easy to see my dear friend..............you will have to deal with the bluegrass song Pig In A Pen first, listen to ANYTHING Hornsby has done with Ricky Skaggs, and then reality will kick you in the face. Fuuuuuuuuuck Huey Lewis:
