my wife mel makes the best garlic hotsauce ive ever had, and im not just saying that for points. ill get her to find the recipe, shes in school today, but holy moly, its perfect heat, not too too hot, but not eanough, a touch of curry, tons of garlic, our homegrown cayennes,dried, some other stuff. tasty. im also a sucker for the brownish generic hot chili sauce, found in quiznos and on coffee trucks around the globe

yeah, some of that mars direct is really good, IE the fuel ideas, the rest, im not so sure about. i wonder if we will see a manned flight to mars in our lifetime, that zubrin kook was saying that the first ppl to actually live on mars, once they have all sorts of scienteists up there for years and years, once the first few ppl are allowed to move there, he says, itll be the richest people of earth, trying to start over. i still have by bets on finding crazy evidence that humans ruined that planet too, once they really get into exploring whats under mars' surface.

daveyboy, this past winter was more of an average canadian winter than we have had for five years or so. iits canada man, it snows, remember? no you dont, cuz all the sun's extra radiation is radiating your brain. to say global warming is bogus is almost as ignorant as my rant is gonna get. youve gotta be kidding me ricky, FOWL, and others, holy shiite muslims. who do you think funds most of the movies detracting global warming? it certainly isnt greenpeace, its the big oil fuckers you talk of. to say the earth has seen worse times, well, i cant really think of any. 6billion humans running around, smogging it up, smoking er down. factories going 24/7, oil getting sucked up outta the ground like theres no tomorrow. compoare that to millions of years ago, when there were just plants and animals living in a co2 rich enviroment, yeah, thats shit compared to now-a-days. go huff a tailpipe. on another, slightly related vein, they want to go to mars, but since mars is currently frozen solid, they want to set up some big ol' factories to smogg it up, the guy from NASA, Zubrin, said: "well, green house gasses sure are warming the earth quickly, so we are going to implement this technology on Mars." wait, wait, this is technology??? but that is their plan, to smog it up, raise mars's temp by 10-20degrees, so the water thats trapped will melt(AHA! water will be the new oil). and after they raise the temps, they will start to plant all sorts of flora to clean the air, he says itll take a few hundred years, but boy, wont that be something, walking on mars with no oxygen mask!!! its dr zubrins mars direct plan, good for a laugh, actually very well planned, converting martian air to rocket fuel for the return trip so as to bring less supplies with. pps: earth hour was well observed here, we even went down to the "brow" here, to look out over the hamer and see if it was noticable at 8pm, it wasnt. both steel mills had the 50foot flames lit, id say about 50% of folks here observed it, which is better than nothing, remember 5 years ago when everybody thought this was a myth and not just the idiots? haha

I hope some of you Ottawa folk have been to the Southam Hall at the national Arts centre before. were buying some gordon lightfoot tix for our inlaws, my wifes folks, and we are wondering what section to buy for the best sightlines? the seating chart is kinda funny, and so are the prices, 10$ to 74$ in the same section, we figure its because of some really rotton views or shitty seats, so any help would be great. as to which section/or seats offer the best views. ill try to link up the seating chart for this. we used to have cable lol, i liked the friday night lineup on showcase, is the family biz show with seemore Butts still on? that was hilarious, cousin frankie was the best. sin cities is good too, shoulda seen that newdy host guy in amsterdam, those crazy dutchies were whipping him silly, even had him in a leather gimp mask haha some days i miss the bonus cable we used to get, but we still get about 25 channels, and we get Lost, which is all that really matters

i didnt think so lol it was a weird crowd, very young, lots of kida all thugged out, lots of emo haircuts, lots of old folks, and us. we got the tix for free, i doubt i would have gone to this if we hadnt. the animals part of the show was realllly good, nailed everything, the singer was a great guitarist too. after the 5 animals songs, they did some encore tunes, welcome to the machine -> WYWH, numb, young lust, one of these days(smoooking, 2 lap steels just giviner) a few others, oh, see emily run or play or whatever was really good. i think it was mike daily playing the one lead lapsteel, fuck was it ever tight. the best part, or rather the funniest moment of the night was when myself and sanislo were out for a butt, we were standing talking with a bartender girl, at the top of the stairs to the dirty smoking pit. This bouncer dude comes out, and tells us we cant smoke here, gotta go down in the pit, then he says, well, you guys can stay up here, to the bartender, but you guys gotta go, to me and jay. i say to this goof, oh i see how it is, us custies gotta go down in the snow and puddles, the ass got a good laugh at that, so did i, and we preceded to go downstairs, and stink the joint right out. also got told to stop smoking pot. all in all, the phoenix is still a hole, just like i remembered it, and the show wasnt too bad.

well, you figure, if you mod the circut, like this one was, a few different components, its a different circut, making it your own. but i know what you mean, designing your own circuit, thats a different story altogether, kinda hard to figure out stuff that isnt just a repeat w/different options or features.

theres a few different filter projects out there, all are pretty easy. i'd suggest for your first few times build kits, either from BYOC, they have the best boards around, or www.generalguitargadgets.com they also sell complete kits. its easier when you start to get the whole kit, instead of trying to source the parts, its tough if you dont understand, i still dont get it all and have a box of wrong parts growing there is a huge sense of satisfaction when that pedal works for you, its like building anything else, be it a deck, or a bookcase, whatever, if you are into DIY, you get it. id love to build me a guitar down the line, all in good time eh? the painting was fun as hell, trippy, maybe it was the paint fumes, but it was really sweet swirling that shit. thanks for the kind words folks

we watched the assisanation last night, it reallllllllly drags. very slow pacing if you ask me, really good film overall, just too long im a junkie for jesse james stories too, like some of you who posted above, but this film was just a tad too slow for me at almost 3 hrs. anyone watch the Invasion? modern remake of the invasion of the body snatchers, that was pretty good, so was Sunshine, weird premise, but really good movie. we rent way too many movies around here lately
