    John Rambo

definitly not the rambo of the 80's, where it was violent, just not so in-your-face i guess seems like the same story though eh? right down to the boat ride up the river
  5. that was us last weekend, we woke up as the guy pounded and pounded at the door, it was good za. i agree with the "all you really need is cheese" most definitly. my go-to drunken latenight snack has been normal salsa and cheddar and garlic salt or powder all on toasted bread, be it a bun or dempsters, whatever, bread is what i need when im pissy loaded to feel not-so-bad the next day. we got some of that herdez verde too, weve used it only a few times, theres something about it, it just tastes like sweaty mexicans or something, its pretty good though.

alot of splatter for a trailer. looks nice an violent
  7. first off, congratulations!!! me and mel both had alot of troubles sleeping before the wedding, its stress city, not to mention we bought and reno'd a house in the same 6mnth period. for me valerian root pills work wonders, they knock me right out, and im not as groggy as with OTC or prescription sleep meds. my wife will sometimes put a little sachel of lavender leaves inside the pillowcase or under the pillow, that always helps us both. what also helps me is picturing or hearing in my mind relaxing sounds IE: water on the side of the canoe, or waves on the rocks, whatever does it for you, that shit does it for me. i have problems getting to sleep alot, my main prob is getting back to sleep if i wake up in the night. now that i get up for work at 4:20am i'm pretty grouchy when i dont get enough sleep, but like lowroller said, getting up early will get you tired for bed early, some night im ready to go at 7ish, its bad. congrats again, sorry i dont have anything new to offer than the other posts, have you tried sleepy time tea? my wife swears by it
  8. brutal news. not that luke is my best buddy, or that hes my worst enemy either. the don is a rough jail, thats for sure. more writing less fighting sounds like a plan. id also like to echo alabama mans Q, if he is trained in martial arts how did he end up in the infirmary in the first place? i hope everything works out okay for him in the end.
  9. # 236: Songs that your fellow siblings or other people in your family would play that drove you NUUUUTTZZZZZ (add relation in parentheses if you like) 1. Men without Hats - Safety Dance (brother!) 2. Graham Kendrick - Shine Jesus Shine (sister, father) 3. Oasis-Wonderwall (sister) 4. Proclaimers - 500 Miles (DaveyBoy) 5. EMF - Unbelievable (sister) 6. Irish Rovers - Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer (sister. no, not grandpa) 7. Insane Clown Posse- no clue what song, there was many (my sister) 8. 9. 10. 11. 12.
  10. is he covered thru insurance? i know i am covered for every bit of gear i have, but only because im not a professional gigging musician, my insurance company would only cover 2000$ for professionals. weird eh? i really hope your buddy gets his stuff back, its a shitty feeling getting robbed. especially of a 51 national
  11. ice capp from tims has been hitting the spot lately.
  12. cool job sarah congrats!! sorry i dont have any really fun ideas, 'bama man pretty much covered it, but if you're going to do any dying, beets work super well too. cheers
  13. damn! and the Cash starts as i get ready for bed sunuhmuhbichh
  14. no, thank you both hahaha
  15. personally i love the breakfast burrito wrap, bit of scrambled eggs, fresh veg, maybe bacon, and ya gotta have cheese. leftover chili has found its way into wraps around here lately, again with some more veg and cheese, quick and easy. i look at a wrap like i look at bread, i can make a sandwich with whatever i want in it, but im rolling it up, so i bet you could stuff whatever you really like in there? chicken salad would be good
  16. wasnt there an issue with one of the Yonder guys getting across the border last year for that big bacon classic show? anyone else remember this? they were taken off the bill. i guess they've got that shit sorted out if theyre heading back up here eh? im pumped for this, i wish it wasnt at the 'shoe though
  17. happy birthday buddy! of all the fuckers in the world, you truely deserve another year on this planet. cheers
  18. sumunubich gonna be a killer show i bet
  19. ill admit to ditching porty stems too. and once, i had 3 buns in a bag but declared only 2 to the self check out machine. i guess thats just straight up stealing isnt it.
  20. MAN! that call was hilarious!! i wonder if his wife was falling asleep because of the vicaden "uhmmm you can tell your police they just passed me" hhahahahahahahhahahha see how he avoided her when she started asking how much he bought? hey bradm, the thc comes over in almost any fat-oil, i always use clarified unsalted butter, and always strain the plant matter out, unless its choice bud. but not in just water, that old shake-tea or whatever just doesnt work. i love cooking w/buds, my one friend came up with this disgusting idea of a cookie-brownie pie, all with pot butter. i think it was just using cooking mix as pie crust in a piepan, then adding the brownie mix in as pie filling. haha the lady says a different score than the guy says too, maybe it was just a hallucination
  21. killer guitars i like the muddy look of the sequioa acoustic
  22. it kills me that kim gets paid to listen to songs, solo (wank) over them, and then say i wish i wrote that. sheeeeeeesh, i cant stand that kim mitchell radio show, but he does play good tunes for the most part. patio seasons here in the hammer, me and my buddy hit it up last monday waiting for paycheques to be ready, and man, did it ever feel good. we're redoing our backyard now, putting in our own little stone patio, cant wait until its done cheers
  23. happy birthday nell!! hope it is(was) a great one
