  1. between working on my own now, moving into a new house, and the usual what-nots on my plate, ive managed to finish off these 3. 5 knob compresor, so much control. this is a desert island pedal FOR sure. some really nice snappy chickenpickin tones, or the glassy trey compression, sustain for days. great pedal heavily modded MXR distortion +, 3 bright red LEDs for the clipping section, nice and warm or screamin demon. i built this for a friend who wont return my calls now, so this ones for sale. i tried for a firey effect creeping up the top of the box, it kinda turned out ok i think. optical compressor, think i may have posted this one already, this is the epitome of a "dont know when its on, but miss it when its gone" type of pedal. it really just fills everything out nicely, greaaaat tone in this box. just thought id share with youse guys all analog chorus, analog delay, and a few other specials coming up sooner than later cheers
  2. id go, if they get it back on the road. and on a side note, all the wedding cake i got to eat at our wedding was the bite mel fed me, the entire thing was gone by the end of the night. im thinking because we made a super heady carrot cake and not some fondant dripping white cake.
  3. haha! actually i just got a deal to work with BYOC to do some custom paintjobs, things are looking up on that front as well. so no one wants to come bust their hump with me? no surprise there, lazy hippies lol
  4. uhmmm thats a bit far, sorry. i ususally drive past toronto from burlington.
  5. hopefully i can get a Skank from here, cuz i figure then at least we will have something to talk about, you know, common ground. the Job is General Labour, its actually very easy once you get the hang of it. , you'd be my helper. you'd be working with Pink Insulation, i provide masks and tools, you provide gloves+workboots, and tools if youve got a toolbelt/hammer tacker/Xacto knife. we get up around 430, ill pick you up around 5 or 530, drive to burlington to load up and get the days assignments, and we work until the truck is empty. usually 6-8 hrs, sometimes less, very rarely more. the pay is 80 cash a day to try you out for a few days, if you can hack it, we will register your own business name+ GST#, and you can do your own taxes that way, so you can write off anything related to work, clothes, food, tools etc. pretty much, the harder you work, if you turn out to be a good worker, the pay is there, you just need to prove yourself, shit. i started this gig 3 yrs ago at 60 a day for the first 3 days, then 80 for a few weeks, then 100/day for 2 yrs, then 120-130, depending on how much insulation we install, and how many new tasks/skills you can learn. so, if you are lookin for work, and are a hard worker, reliable, and living in the hamilton/burlington area, drop me a line, 905-928 5386, or email me martinaudioproductsATgmail or PM me on here, whatever works for you. cheers

  8. almost forgot one of the best highlights, the look on jay's face when you guys broke into Moby Dick. hahahahaha with respect to jay though, he friggin rocked that drum solo, got osme folks dancing while the other guys walked off for a break. gooood times.
  9. ^^^^what he said! many thanks to Geo to setting this all up. and to Mark and Chris, you guys rocked it out, it was killers. and it got even better when jay got in on the drums. That night should have been billed as the drunkest drummer contest LOL the guy who got in at the end of me and jays set would have probably won. some of the highlights i can remember were the neil tunes geomouse started off with, that pocahontas, and the Rider with the whole band, that catfish jack song that mark and chris and jay did, TOOOONIIIIGHTS the NIIIIIGHT, gotta love the drunken doors singalong ahhahaha and the mustache cops getting plowed at the bar all night blurry, we were just up at chesley lake for a weeks vacation, it was tons of fun, i love that area up there. our neighbour there on the lake had his "toy boat" up too, with a 455 V8 in the back. ive gotta post the pics. thanks so much george for hooking this up, and to mark, chris mulligan, jay, everyone involved in the tunes that night.

    Thunder Bay?

my wife found a house sitting on 160 acres, runs on solar and wind, about 45 mins outside Tbay. comes with a few movable hunting shacks, its got a pond, and its surrounded by 1000s of acres of crown land. i shat my pants, they only wanted 169000. we just sold our 1bdrm bungalo in hamilton for almost that! id love to go, but i think we need to amass a bit more before the big move up north. pay his ticket man!

i LOVE oysters! i think the best ones ive ever had were picked right in dundas conservation. pure white oyster, so tasty. i took a trip to wylies mushrtoom farm up in wiarton, told them i was into growoing shitakes and whatnot, which i am, and they gave me a tour of their growrooms. it was killer, they ended up picking us the biggest shitakes ive ever seen, and some grey, white, and blue oysters, that night we had 5shroom pizzas. fucking EH!
  15. Heat the grill to 350. Add iPhone. Weep. bwahahahahhaha!
  16. saw this on the news this morning, good old CHCH channel 11 news. the best part is that the guy picked up 2, count em, two! nurses, took them to a bar, where he sang with the band, and EVERYONE thought it was for real! this is the kinda news i like hahhahhah
  17. this is awesome, i would love to see this go furthur. ive read about this research taking place in the UK as well, i think, not totally sure. the indians have been eating azures for years, and they are wayyyy stronger than anything you or I have tried. and they seem okay, in fact they seem better than okay when compared to this whitebread society lol heres a pic of the P. Azurenscens ive got this awesome mushroom book by paul stamets, and hes got this pic of a sacred patch of these that shamans have been using for years and years, it had a wooden tribal head carved and placed at the top of the patch.

    Super High Me

you guys smoke that shit?? theres a reason they call it dope, ya know...
  19. yeah it can be done, every time i build an envelope filter, someone buys it, maybe the next time ill try the exp. pedal. me and another builder talked about that, how ironic it would be to have an autowah modded to use an actual exp pedal. just build the wah! lol hey Prost i am glad to hear everything works good. it was good to meet you bro
  20. i fuckin love this band, [color:purple]too bad its at pepperjacks
  21. ive gotta work tomorrow, but had today off. i say they shoulda just given us the 2 days off.
  22. here is the finished shot i just painted letters on the knobs, indicating what they do, L for level, R for range, M for Manual mode. the toggle switch at the top switches between auto-wah and fixed wah, like having it halfway down, or all the way down, or tuned to that sweet growly spot. and its true bypass, wont fack with any other pedals in the chain. and heres the up-skirt shot, as we call em lol oooh look at that messy wiring thanks for letting me show off my junk
  23. 3 and a half weeks overdue, mind you    finally got our house on the market though its finally getting ready, he picked the custom colours for the paintjob, and im sure he is dying to try it as ive been stalling on it for a few weeks now. anyways, heres the shots cheers guys, happy canada day weekend
