Yeah well I figured it out. I don't think it matters either way. Put it in for 8 hours on low. Probably could have got away with 6 or 7 hours as it was way above temperature when I put the thermometer in. It was totally melt in your mouth by that point but still very flavourful. Have a ton of leftovers for soup. Awesome.

Yeah, I immediately thought of those fuckers when I heard the sad news last night. The best thing we can do is not let his lasting legacy be that he wasn't voted into the hall while he was still alive. It's very, very frustrating but his accomplishments speak for themselves. Where do you peeps stand on the issue of a girl sitting on a guys shoulders when everyone else is standing? That is one thing I will not tolerate, whether it means moving to a better vantage point or antagonizing the sitter until she comes down. The only time I've been confronted about standing was at the Ottawa Folk Fest. I refused to move my ground, complainer got security, security threatened to kick me out.
