  8. I'd like to power the Tour de Greenbelt events without using fossil fuels wherever possible. I plan to contact SumKids and Bullfrog Power to find out how they do it. Does anyone have any other suggestion or contacts? Ideally I'd love to power things by pedal.. like that MMW show. Has anyone else seen that? Cheers!
  9. Hey kids, I'm planning a show in Glen Rouge Park as part of the Tour de Greenbelt and need some ideas for a local, well-known musician or band. The problem is that it's located near a natural bird migratory stop so I've got to keep the decibels down. I was thinking a Cuff the Duke/Blue Rodeo night might be in order, but I need some back up ideas. Bluegrass perhaps? Do any of those types draw a crowd? Thanks!!!
  10. Nice work Timouse! I'm working for the Greenbelt now and learning lots about buying local. Will be joining a CSA in Toronto as soon as I source it.
  11. Congratulations Jay! You should be proud of the success of your Festie. Don't forget about us little peeps as you take over the Tdot scene
  12. Brutal! I've seen him play numerous times and actually met him a few times as well. He had an awesome energy around him... always. This is a huge loss for the Canadian music community, as well as for those fortunate enough to have known him.
  13. I can photoshop... do you have the software?
  14. My Sister (who never gets to go out) really wants to hit up the Kanye West concert on May 21st (Amphitheatre). Tix go on sale Saturday. Anyone have any hook ups to ensure I can get some for her?
  15. Jay gave me a poster at the end of this most mind-blowing of shows and i busted into the greenroom to have it signed. They were all totally cool and Tony, actually asked me if I was a bass player. They all recognized me from that brutal pic above!!! Both embarrassing and awesome at the same time If you're reading here again boys... unbelievable show! Thank you so much and thanks also to Jay and to Mr. Slippery for taking me! Loved the venue

Unfortunately, I spent 15 hours of the day traveling out of paradise only to be searched at customs and make it home too tired to even have a cervesa I'm sure you all feel sorry for me coming off a week in Costa Rica with Mooose and Yo's brother Jakob. We got kicked out of 3 different hotels!!! Who-ah!
