What about the Liberty Grand? This show was so fun!!! I was able to bust right up to the front and ran into a couple of skanks on the mosh-pit perimeter. I decided to go for broke and was swept up in the wonderful sweaty madness and pretty much floated to the front row for the encore. I wiped out at one point, and was rescued by some cute boys. I don't even think they noticed that my right tit had popped out the side of my pink prom dress. It was just like my real prom all over again!!! I think I saw John crowd-surf by at one point and definitely ran into Kirk Elliot Warrington in front of the stage, for those of you who remember him from jumping overboard at the CJam boat cruise! Thanks to everyone who came out to pre and post party as well... it finally wrapped up at about 1pm yesterday. The Kdub crew who slid out on Sunday owes me one... you fuggers were supposed to help me clean up!!! I'll be in town Thursday/Friday this week, so you'd better start thinking about how you can make this up to me

Fabulous show... my favourite part was seeing the incredulous look on the faces of the first time Lauzon listeners whom I recruited at WEEN. They were totally dumbfounded. 3 cheers to Damien (and his sister) for pulling that off... I thought the doors were going to get broken down at one point for the amount of people trying to get in. The Dominion has probably never seen a night like that.

Just in case folks are worried that there won't be enough time to get a party-on for the madness that shall ensue this Friday, I wanted to let you know that I will be at home drinking all afternoon and may require some company in order to get me into my costume and out the door on time. I'm hoping that Cully will help concoct a HalloWEEN punch so that folks can experience the true 1017 glow-on. Also Lauzon tix should be available here, in order to guarantee your spot post WEEN. According to Ricky, the show's on Friday the 2nd and it just so happens that I'm going to be in town for a conference that day!!! Whoot-whoot! Who's got my heady place to crash on Thursday night (pre-conference)? I promise to behave as I have to be sober enough to participate in break-out sessions all day (and not kill people with my whisky-breath!).
