    "HAVINBEERS"

You know, if you suffer from spoonerism, you might pronounce "longboard" as "bonglord." We now return to whatever was going on before. Aloha, Brad
  2. I really hope the #12 entry ends in the word "Sign". Aloha, Brad
  3. Before, during, or after use? Aloha, Brad
  4. Happy Day, Baj! Aloha, Brad
  5. When you created the torrent file in Azureus (before uploading it to STM), did you enter in the "Announce URL" field on the first screen to pop up? Aloha, Brad

    coffee!

There's just one thing she omitted... (Aside from that, I thought it was a great answer, really. ) Aloha, Brad
  7. The Slip, 2006-03-02, Main Hall, Montreal, QC. (Between that and Super Little, I guess I'm Barr-hopping today...) Aloha, Brad
  8. Actually, I'm several men. The belt is the dividing line between the top and bottom halves; twist my torso and legs in opposite directions, and I come apart, revealing another (also separable) me inside, not unlike one of those Russian matryoshka dolls. Aloha, Brad
  9. Blane's recording of Super Little in Montreal back in January. Aloha, Brad
  10. Definitely check out Leo Brooks: http://www.treefrogpercussion.ca/ He's in Aylmer. Aloha, Brad
  11. He certainly may have been, but the title of the song contains nothing (i.e., no thing, no specific word or words) that refers to that activity. I claim it's invalid to state that he must have been referring to "this" specific activity, simply because he didn't refer to any specific activity; it's assumptive and unprovable, except by listening to the song. (But this theme isn't about and in no way involves the songs themselves*, it's about their titles.) Nope, I'm just saying those titles didn't meet the definition, as written, of theme. Aloha, Brad * Except for the usual rules about having been on an official release, etc.
  12. Whatever happened to extra buttery popcorn and a jug of coke? There was a rumble between them and the wassabi peas. I saw the whole thing: it was horrible, the extra buttery popcorn and the jug of coke didn't have a chance, it was almost over before it started. Aloha, Brad
  13. I have to object to these entries: neither title refers to doing some particular thing (like driving, shaking me, dancing, playing it, chugging) all night long. Aloha, Brad

    WHISKY!!

The 1979 Bruichladdich (bottled 2.1996) is my new favourite; if it were more readily available (which it isn't; it's a Signatory bottling), I might make my preferred default whisky. (It's a little thinner, a little sharper, than my usual favourte, Lagavulin.) Aloha, Brad
  15. http://www.archive.org/details/skb2003-07-12.mk4 Steve Kimock Band doing "Stella Blue." I'm havinamoment. Aloha, Brad
  16. Sounds like the Gene Autry version. How about the Aerosmith version? "I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack' date=' I'm back in saddle again." [/quote'] In Harlan Ellison's short story, "Gentleman Junkie," a doctor who's addicted to heroin ends up in jail, where another addict manages to get him some heroin; the other addict refers to the heroin as "horse," and says to the doctor, "We'll get you back up in the saddle..." Aloha, Brad
  17. What make and model? Some of those older Canon units sound sweeeet. Aloha, Brad
  18. Saturday, May 31, 2008. http://www.geocities.com/cautionjam/Boatcruise.html Aloha, Brad
  19. In her theme-completing post, Ms_Zimmy granted you the privilege of starting the next theme. Aloha, brad
  20. We know the rules, that's how we're able to ask for exceptions to them. And since there aren't any rules about how rules are made or who can grant exceptions to them (i.e., there are no meta-rules), it's a wide open field, and nobody is breaking a rule (or a meta-rule) by asking for or propsing an exception (heck, even MarcO proposed an exception, and he started the game). Aloha, Brad
  21. How about we waive the "one entry per user per theme" rule for this topic, just to get it completed? Aloha, Brad
  22. BGH never had any official releases, so this entry is invalid. Aloha, Brad
