Booche
The fucking right well PLQ 11/16/01 (Fri) Memorial Auditorium - Burlington, VT Set 1: Shakedown Street > Bertha > Broken Arrow > Uncle John's Band > Into the Mystic, Not Fade Away Set 2: Jam > Playing in the Band > Blue Sky, Scarlet Begonias > Playing In The Band, King Solomon's Marbles > Strawberry Fields Forever > Space Jam > Truckin' Jam > Mountain Jam > St. Stephen, Liberty, E: Midnight Hour* Comment: *with Page McConnell Seriously. That band was so hot they could turn goat's piss into gasoline. John Molo! Every time I listen to them I rediscover their geniusousness. Phil nailed a perfect lineup. We were at this particular show (keep in mind I havent listened to it in at least 4 years) and at the time I thought it was a middle of the road show for the shows I had seen. This was the middle? Hot-fucking-damn. It's time I listen to more PLQ again. No wonder I thought the Jam Scene was exploding while Phish were on hiatus. Try out 04-20-01 for those uninitiated. A high-quality soundboard can be easily found.
