This is the set WOODSTOCK 1969 From Havens To Hendrix, this is a labour of love for the time and music by several dedicated people from different points around the world. A few other tracks did surface, but they turned out to be recorded from an alternate stage that was at Woodstock so did not fit into the track listings in this compilation.

Comment: *with Page McConnell

Seriously. That band was so hot they could turn goat's piss into gasoline. John Molo! Every time I listen to them I rediscover their geniusousness. Phil nailed a perfect lineup. We were at this particular show (keep in mind I havent listened to it in at least 4 years) and at the time I thought it was a middle of the road show for the shows I had seen. This was the middle? Hot-fucking-damn.

It's time I listen to more PLQ again. No wonder I thought the Jam Scene was exploding while Phish were on hiatus. Try out 04-20-01 for those uninitiated. A high-quality soundboard can be easily found.
