Booche Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 Havent seen you on here in a while. I bet it's because the Leaves suck.
AD Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 without getting specific, i'll argue that that list is bullshitad
Jaimoe Posted December 20, 2005 Author Report Posted December 20, 2005 Havent seen you on here in a while. I bet it's because the Leaves suck.I've been busy going to Christmas parties and writing a John Fogerty CD review.
Blane Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 (edited) where's Shine?edit: I must shamefully confess that Illinois is the only album on the list that I've even heard. Edited December 20, 2005 by Guest
dimafleck: the living legend. Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 dude...frances the mute should be way higher than fucking 24...espeicially considering some of the albums ahead of it.best album of 2005 in my opinion.
Jaimoe Posted December 20, 2005 Author Report Posted December 20, 2005 I 'almost' bought Booche a couple albums listed in the Top 10 for his Christmas present.
Guest Low Roller Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 The only album that Booche truly deserves to get for Christmas is #1. It's the equivalent of a lump of coal.
Booche Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 HEY EVERYBODY! LOW ROLLER IS A FUCKING IDIOT!!!
NewRider Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 good to see Kings of Leon made the list.
dave-O Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 Considering it's coming from Rolling Stone, I don't think that list is too bad. Springsteen, MMJ, Beck, Bright Eyes and Sufjan all cracked the top 10. Hell even Stars made it on there at #50.
MarcO Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 is Booche still a moderator?if so, why?
Booche Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 Hey MarcO, I got an Xmas present for ya!
jayr Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 (edited) Thelonious Monk & Coltrane @ #14. WOW!! Hard to imagine Kanye West getting more props than Coltrane & Monk. The world of pop music makes me ill. Talent means nothing if you've got a cool look or big tits but it makes sense now that you don't have to pay for cd's anymore, most aren't even worth wasting a blank disc on. Thank god there are still talented people out there. I wonder what that list would look like if it was the 50 most talented of 2005? Sorry for the ramble.......by the way BECKWHITE STRIPESMARS VOLTA and a couple others truly deserve to be on there. Edited December 20, 2005 by Guest ramble not long enough
ollie Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 I'm dumbfounded by the Rolling Stones at #2. The lazy write-up makes it an even worse choice. WTF?!
Guest Low Roller Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 HEY EVERYBODY!LOW ROLLER IS A FUCKING IDIOT!!! No I'm not.
questcequecest? Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 They claim you don't know what you got 'till its gone, I know I got it, I don't know what y'all on.#1, wow!
Patchoulia Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 Aren't the Gorrilaz a fake cartoon band a la The Archies? That's just fabulous.
