I attended last night's show, and was definitely not dissapointed. It had been quite some time since I reached such an elevated state of "giddyness" for a show. As mentioned in another thread Todd and I were actually in separate seats, on opposing sides of the stage. However, we were able to meet up for a beer (got to the front of the line without much delay) at set break, and also ran into TimmyB with no trouble either.

THe best part is that the seat that was next to Todd had been left empty throughout the entire first set, therefore I was able to sit right beside him for the entire second set (all of which was Floyd tunes). Imagine our luck!!! This was probably literally the only empty seat that existed in the entire theatre... definitely some magic floating around...

We were on the lower balcony, third row up right beside the left side of the stage. Great angle!! Was able to clearly see Gilmour's guitar playing. I love Massey Hall... such a nice tight, intimate venue.

Definitely a night to remember!!! I feel so fortunate that we were actually able to get tickets.

Thanks again TimmyB for grabbing our tickets for us, I'm afraid that our ol' "rural connection" would never have gotten the job done. Very, very much appreciated!!
