You have just made your first Cheesesteade Hoagie. Sounds good but still not the same Bouche. What you are missing is the years and years of build up on the grill from tens of thousands of Hoagies being cooked. Booche
You forgot one of the most important steps!2.5 - Chop up meat and onions together with the side of your spatula and mix accordingly
Jaimoe
And one of the most important steps to Hoagie House eating glory is the "delightful" service of the establishment.

AdamH
There's also a hoagie house in North Bay that does a pretty mean one. Everything else they make is scary (including green jello) but the subs and cheesesteaks are good)

Ms.Huxtable
Oh Dinghy I meant to give you a review of my Hoagie House experience. It was so nice to walk into the Hoagie House to escape the rancid smell of Bouchards in travel. The sandwhich looked absolutely disgusting. One of the least appetizing things I've ever purchased. The "special" sauce was ketchup and I'm not a fan of ketchup (my pallette is too snooty). It was delicious. I want another one.
