phishtaper
olives. i like the green ones over the black ones. and those italian deli olives stuffed with garlic or cashews are delicious.
AdamH
I like everything in this thread, and I challenge bruseel sprout haters to try Brad's method(s) or to halve them, steam them for 5-6 minutes then fry in a bit of olive oil, add salt and pepper and a shaving of parmesan. I wish I liked acorn squash. A baked or broiled squash with butter and brown sdugar should be something I'd like. But it ain't.
phorbesie
i like everything in this thread too! i can't think of something i don't like (that i should like).
Ms.Huxtable
Same here Phorbsie. I think I like everything. Sometimes I might not feel like having a certain food, but I can't say it's because I don't like it.

Ms.Huxtable
I have no problem with head cheese. I'd choose something else if given the opportunity but if I am hungry I'd eat head cheese. I don't hate it.
Ms.Huxtable
Eureka! I just figured out what I hate (but I'm glad I do and don't wish I didn't) PROCESSED FOODS.I hate the weird aftertaste in heavily processed, ready to eat meals, frozen food, cheeze whiz....I'd rather eat a head cheese and blood pudding sandwich than a cheeze whiz sandwich. Ms Zimmy
In a deli it is, but in Germany, I'm sure that they get their pig Brains and jellied fat really fresh (is it german? it sounds german)
Ms.Huxtable
Yeah, yeah I'm talking fresh stuff here, not Loblaws. But I'd still take Loblaws head cheese over cheeze whiz.
Ol'Hickster
I used to eat it, when we made it at the Butcher shop I used to work at, but most dont use the brains, or none that I have ever seen or heard of being made, but its usually a combination or the meet on the feet and ankles, or the Cheeks of the head of the pig, Its delisiously Sweet meat, exprecially Pigs Cheeks! Birdy
I feel sorry for the not liker of asparagus. The best vegetable in the book!I despise green peppers. I almost puke a little in my mouth thinking about them. Green peppers shouldn't be included in the otherwise delicious pepper family.I wish i liked fish and chips. Something about all that fried goodness and my stomach don't go well together to the point of being sick a few years back and I can't bring myself to eat them again. Which is a shame, because i'm almost positive i know the best fish and chip place not on a coast.

Ms.Huxtable
I found out that my stomach doesn't like eating two chocolate covered marshmallow eggs and an entire package of candy coated chocolate Easter eggs after a huge spagetti and meatball dinner. My tummy hurt bad after all that chocolate.
