Kanada Kev
If it wasn't clear before, it is now: David Letterman hates Jay Leno. Letterman repeatedly destroyed Leno on his show tonight, implying he's a thief and all-around bad guy. And while O'Brien made fun of NBC, Leno took personal digs.As per usual, all of the noteworthy clips from tonight's broadcasts are grouped below by show and labeled accordingly.http://tv.gawker.com/5452391/as-obrien-laughs-in-the-face-of-nbc-and-lenos-attacks-once-again-turn-personal-letterman-unleashes-vintage-jay?skyline=true&s=i&autoplay=true
Velvet
Personally it's nothing short of nauseating that this "issue" is competing with Haiti as the lead story. This is about whether the Tonight Show will be starting at 11:30 or 12:05.Jesus fucking Christ, let's get some perspective here. bouche
What newscast have you been watching where Conan is competing with Haiti as the lead story?yeah, I don't think it's a lead story anywhere other than entertainment news sites like TMZ or Gawker.hell, even Conan is taking time to point out that the late night fiasco is silly compared to real news like Haiti's devastation. He's asking people to donate, but unfortunately he's directing his audience to Ben Stiller's http://stillerstrong.org/ but I guess it's better than nothing. [/quote']It's as good a site as any for donations, and the money goes directly to the people. Ben has been active in Haiti and his site works in partnership with Save The Children. Ben should be commended instead of ridiculed.
Esau.
Radio.Change stations.Mornings, I listen to CBC while having my coffee and scanning the net, since the earthquake I have yet to hear the Leno vs Conan deal be the lead over Haiti, or even provincial/Canadian news for that matter.
