Guest Low Roller
Mmmm. unagi.... You got my message Arcane? Suisha Gardens is good, but I think that Festival Japan has better service and bigger pieces of sashimi.

Guest Low Roller
Thanks again folks! Your birthday wishes are most appreciated and kindly accepted. I just got back from sushi and sake madness, and it was damn good. Ever have unagi (fresh water eel)? No? Then you have no idea what you're missing. The sake went straight to my head and the sushi went straight to my stomach via my taste buds. That's a good birthday. Cheers everyone.

Can't really comment on the service, but the best deal I've found on sashimi is at Seoul House. The Mercenary--my resident sushi expert--concurs. I loooove sashimi

Suisha Gardens has a nice drink called the "Empress." I found it goes wonderfully well with fish. Octopus sunomono ... mmmm ...
Vermontdave
Sorry I'm late on this, but I hope it was a good enough celebration that you're still feeling the sake hangover two days later Happy (belated) B-day LR!!!
