thanks. i've done this before with other enclosures but the trekstor is being used right now but it's not big enough to continue backing up my mac. I was hoping someone has upgraded a trekstor before. Guess not.

I think we're missing it

I didn't eat one damn thing from bluesfest. On nights when I expected to eat, by the time I realized it was eaty time, the lineups were long and I had no patience. I would just wait until I got home for either left-overs or a peanut butter sandwich. I heard great things about the jerk chicken sandwich and the poutine looked true to form. I don't understand why there isn't a vietnamese sub stand setup. Co-Cham would make a killing with there $2.25 subs. They could bump them to $4 and they'd still sell like hot bread. Same goes for dirienzo's with a different pricing scheme of course.

Has anyone smoked a chicken? I'm going for it this weekend. Need 2 days to plan it for fack sakes. I'm brining the thing in 4 litres of water, 1 1/2 cups kosher salt, 8 tsp prague powder (curing salt) and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. It needs about 18 hours and then about 4 or so hours out of the brine to rest. Finally 3-4 hours to smoke. I tells ya, every meat smoking adventure is not so much of a chore as it is patience. You can't decide to smoke a turkey one day for dinner. You need to decide that a week in advance. With home smoked bacon, if you want the good stuff you probably will need 2-3 weeks as you gotta special order natural pork belly. I don't even know if you can get that from a shop like Loblaws. At least with a little 1.5 kg chicken, you can make the call within 2 days, maybe even one if you start the brine process early.

Anyone know if I can easily upgrade my trekstor external drive with another bigger drive? I naturally assume that this is possible, but it's also possible that they have special firmware in the enclosure that limits the possibilities.

data and voice roaming is ridiculously priced. i thought everyone knew that. people forget that when they use google maps, it's using your data plan and you can be royally screwed by just looking up directions.

i don't know how they can use UNLIMITED, One-Time purchase and then say that it's only good for one day.

I don't want to comment because it wouldn't seem genuine...biases and all. but holy shit does ms.huxtable ever shine as a lead vocalist and it wasn't the sequins. Nice to see that they were able to draw so many people out. I would imagine that the rainbow was pleased. Too bad I missed the second set. I had to responsibly leave at set break for bed.
