  1. We watched it last night. My heart raced throughout the entire movie. I was exhausted by the time it finished. Even though I covered my eyes and chanted "I hate this movie, I don't like this, I can't watch this." I thought it was really good. Oh and I'm glad Mel Gibson wasn't IN it.
  2. I feel like the luckiest woman alive when I think of how wonderful you are and how I get to have you in my life forever. Booche said that you inspire him and I think that is so fitting. You show everyone who crosses your path the meaning of generosity, sense of humour, creativity, laughter and acceptance. I admire you for all of your traits and hope to be half as giving as you are. Now all that being said, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BITCH! I am sore as fuck today after yesterday.
  3. I loved the Harry Manx/Kevin Breit set and so did the crowd. It's the first set that got people up dancing. Their set was way too short for my liking, but I am very biased. I enjoyed Brooke Miller so much that we actually got one of her CDs which is on it's third rotation in our house. It's very good. Don Ross (who I think is her husband if I interpret the liner notes correctly) plays on every song. I had a nice afternoon in the park. We left just before 9:00 since that's when the bridge shut down and we wanted to be on our side of the river for the fireworks with our dog.
  4. I'd invest with Dave. He's just got the right look. Looks like a blast. Fack I hate missing good times.
  5. I own rubber boots and a rain poncho. Nothing's stopping me from having fun!
  6. Doctor, I think I may have a problem. Clams used to make me moan when they met mouth. I would gulp them up and swish their juices in my mouth and be in pure bliss. Sometimes even the thought of the clam would send shivers down my spine and put me into a deep state of wanting. I didn't care where the clam came from, when I needed it, I just plain needed it. I've even had clams in airports, bars and my friends backyards. The perfect thing about the clam is that I can have it morning, noon or night. It made me happy when I was feeling down and when I was in top form, you had better watch out 'cause I can pound back the clam like no ones business. But a few weeks ago, I bought some clam on the Quebec side. The second the clam revealed itself I knew it was different. It smelled off, but I was craving the clam so much that I decided to plunge in anyway. BIG MISTAKE. That clam was putrid. It tasted like rancid pig ass and now, no matter how fresh, young or pink, I just can not enjoy the clam juice. I've tried, lord knows I've tried. I've added hot sauce to the clams, tried freezing them with lots of ice and tried to drown out any flavor with vodka, but they all taste alike now. I close my eyes and try, but porcine anus is all I taste. Please help. This is not something that I can do without. It is my preference, my love and my lifestyle. I can swing no other way.
  7. Anyone who knows me, knows that I have at least a ceasar a day. I love them, and have for 10+ years. I have only ever bought Motts Clamato, not any other brand of tomato/clam juice. So why oh why have the last three or four bottles had a slight cow manure after taste? The first bottle I thought was just bad. Not a bad track record, 1 out of 1000 bottles tastes like crap, but the next few have had the same after taste. WTF??? Has anyone else noticed this? Have they changed their recipe? Do people's taste buds change from loving something to hating something, just like that? HELP!!
  8. When does the bulldozer hit it? I can picture all the Skanks holding hands as it falls to the ground. Tears in everyone's eyes. It's the end of an era indeed.
  9. Happy birthday. You're Schwasome, Schwansome and just generally Schwalicious. Enjoy the weekend!
  10. I am sorry to beat a dead horse and bump this thread, but I am just looking at it for the first time and wanted to thank everyone who posted thier pictures. I just went through them all have have tears in my eyes all over again. Wow. I am so happy the day was captured so thoroughly. To everyone who shared a part of our wedding day, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can not recall a more magical day or feeling so completely perfect. It wouldn't have been the same without our loved ones there. There were SO many people that put SO much effort into making it such a care free day for Mike and I. You know who you are and I will be forever grateful and in your debt. Much love and many thanks. To those who weren't there, thank you for your blessings and wishes. We feel the love!
