My favorite BBQ veggies are Eggplant, zuccini and asparagus. Just brushed with olive oil, salt and pepper. so simple, so yummy.

Well I LOVE Dolly, always have, always will. But... most of her albums have only 2-3 songs on them that I like and the rest make me wince. If you really want to get an original album I'd Suggest "Jolene", but I would really suggest this "best of" CD. I have it and I love it front to back. I love where I live as well. Ottawa is the first place that I ever felt settled and at home. I do wish however that I had a winter home to go to for a couple months a year, someplace sunny and laid back and not in the US. Not really sure whee that would be yet since I've only ever been to Cuba. I'll get back to you about Belize in a few weeks though!

Also, the fish sauce is essential to Thai curry, but if you're making it for vegetarians you can't add it until the end either. It salts up the dish so you may need to add salt to the veggie version to kick it up to the notch that the fish sauce version will be.

I've been drinking way more beer than usual because of the heat. I love melons and berries as snacks in the summer and don't tell the lady who has to take out my wedding dress... ice cream. Lots of ice cream.

Well I was suprised by Sigmund Freud and Cocaine.

You know what? I find Stern LESS raunchy than he was 10 years ago when I listened to him a lot. Sure he can swear on satelitte, but the content isn't quite as perverse as it once was. They can go entire segments without a slut showing her tits or poking fun at someone's disability. That all still happens in every show mind you, but there are some more mature conversations as well. Howard's funny, but I'm not sure I'd want to hang out with him. He comes across to me as being judgemental and ignorant. I know it's made him a lot of money and I find it entertaining, but I don't respect him.

I have a cell phone through work. I don't pay anything for it so that's good, but honestly, I hate the damn thing. If it rings it means only one thing.... work. I had to change the ring tone a couple of times because I'd "hear" it in certain songs or on the TV and get a moment of stress even though it wasn't really ringing. My work keeps asking me to get a blackberry like everyone else in the company has. It would be free also, but I just can't stand the thought of adding emails to my after-hour worries. Man, I'm stressed just typing this. I need a holiday. (4 weeks and counting).

Oh yeah! This makes me happy!

Okay we're finishing off the bucket right now. I can't believe how good this stuff is! Okay so now back on track... #9 - Redecorate your bedroom. Avoid cursing to the Ikea-Gods. #10 - Cook a yummy dinner while listening to good tunes and drinking sangrias. I always head back to the bucket. It's unavoidable.
